DBG Construction completed the design-build of CRST International's demolition of the existing terminal building, replacing it with a new 3,700 SF wood-frame office space.
DBG Construction's design-build of CRST International's building which included demolition of the shop building’s existing lean-to and replacing it with a new 8,900 SF pre-engineered metal building
DBG worked closely with the architect and engineers to streamline the finishes and scopes to help off-set additional costs for City-required fire suppression system and additional parking.

DBG was the construction manager for this Waste Connections project, which required demolition of exterior walls, construction of a new office building and parking lot.
DBG Construction won a competitive bidding process for this project for Waste Connections and closed the project under budget.

Description:

DBG Construction competitively bid this project early on during 50% design. After being awarded as the successful construction manager, DBG worked closely with the client, architect, and engineers to ensure that additional scopes and site requirements were kept within the budget. The scope included demolition of an exterior wall, site work and construction for a new office building addition, and demolition and re-pouring of the parking lot. DBG successfully closed out this project under budget.
