After being awarded as the successful construction manager, DBG worked closely with the client, architect, and engineers to ensure that additional scopes and site requirements were kept within the budget. The scope included demolition of an exterior wall, site work and construction for a new office building addition, and demolition and re-pouring of the parking lot. DBG successfully closed out this project under budget.
