Description:

This remodeling project included reconstruction of a restaurant into a retail center for an NBA team, the Oklahoma City Thunder, in the Chesapeake Arena. High-end finishes included star-glass projection screens and custom terrazzo floor emblems. DBG Construction had to work within an incredibly short time frame of 11 weeks. In order to accomplish this project on time, DBG worked with the client to modify the submittal, RFI and change order process to accelerate approval. The DBG team delivered one of the few renovation projects within the Chesapeake Arena that was completed on time and on budget.
