‘Donna and I are bulldogs,’ Ramadan said. ‘We’re going to make this come true for the sake of the kids.’

They helped the school’s executive program director, Sherry Marsh, apply for more federal money so they could build a $2.8 million, 8,780-square-foot school.” Read more…

Scope of Work: Removed condemned building space and remodeled existing storage spaces into classrooms. Constructed new administration building.

Description:

CTSA Head Start in Shawnee, Oklahoma was a 3-phase project:

  • Phase 1: Our team remodeled the existing school storage warehouses into classrooms to accommodate the children during the construction of their new facility.
  • Phase 2: Our team tore down the previously condemned building and replaced that facility with an open, bright building utilizing natural elements (cedar posts, stone, brick, etc.) taking up over 8,600 square feet
  • Phase 3: Our team completed the remodel of the existing administration building and updated the courtyard to give the children a place to play.
